My Kids Dress Themselves
We let our daughters dress themselves. It’s an intentional choice on our part. But the consequence is that they sometimes don’t dress the way we’d like them to. As we noticed that one of our daughters loved layering her clothes in strange combinations I encouraged my wife to start taking a picture every day before school. It was a good idea, but we didn’t know that by not only showing us what they were wearing it would also tell us how they were feeling about each other and life in general. That made it a great idea. The sequence is so great to flip through.
